Now, the key to brotherly love IN Christ has been compacted for us in Luke 6:28-38 (Proverbs 25:21-22, Luke 23:33-43, John 13:34-35, 1 Peter 1:20-23]. Consequently, Jesus Christ has called His disciples/apostles who are the seekers of His Kingdom also known as the ‘Children of God’ to live by this Golden rule which He states in Matthew 7:12.

We recently went through hardships as a family; things were so thick that by the end of December I had no joy, nor peace of mind, I was left emotionally and mentally wrecked. Amidst this storm, I was spear heading the Winter challenge with Psalm 119 and when we completed it. I felt spiritually spent; it identified like I had just been in a battlefield as described here. Consequently, I inquired of the Lord to allow me ‘to recuperate and replenish’ [John 21:15-17].

Our Winter challenge December 2024 was about studying through Psalm 119 which was devotional in nature. With the help of the Holy Spirit, the Lord of Harvest who is our principal teacher. We have received the illumination through the lenses of the Poet/Psalmist on what we are to KNOW and UNDERSTAND with WISDOM about the Word of God. Also described as His Laws, Testimonies, Precepts, Statues, Commandments, Judgements and His Ways. The Poet/Psalmist in Psalm 119 sums his interaction with God’s Word and how it

The reality is that the Body of Christ is rapidly approaching the closing of the Church Age. Thus, the TRANSITION into the Messianic Age (Kingdom) is suddenly taking shape. This ‘Transition’ is the ‘Watch period’ that requires the Church of Christ to be highly vigilant - alert at all times (be attentive and ready) and fully discerning [Luke 21:25-36].

It is written in Esther 2:8-10 So it came about when the king’s command and his decree were proclaimed and when many young women were gathered together in the citadel of Susa into the custody of Hegai, that Esther was taken to the king’s palace [and placed] in the custody of Hegai, who was in charge of the women. Now the young woman pleased Hegai and found favor with him. So he quickly provided her with beauty preparations and her [portion of] food, and he gave her seven choice maids from the king’s palace; then he transferred her and her maids to the best place in the harem. Esther did not reveal [the Jewish background of] her people or her family, for Mordecai had instructed her not to do so.

Given the Age, our social circles have become smaller with community outreach drifting more to online platforms. Even church services and Bible study group are more and more conducted online. The world has become first paced and highly networked through fast technology; this has drastically narrowed the pool of many single Christians when it comes to meeting a potential spouse. Nonetheless, God is unchanging, His Word never fails, falters or fades. However, the process of executing His Word varies with different generations and personal experiences.
